we're on a dangerous precipice. about to descend into an abyss of cold, apparently. they've been talking about it for days, like it's the end of the world. the day after tomorrow - except it's supposed to come tonight after the snow stops.
I was warm once. I remember it, sort of. have a seat and I'll tell you about it.
on second thoughts, it's hard to describe. I don't really have an adequate vocabulary at hand since it's something I experience so infrequently. just spent a couple hours wearing five layers, a sleeping bag and a down blanket in hopes that heated inspiration would strike. it didn't.
don't cry, now. you won't be cold forever. just all eternity.

poor thing. let's just hope you get in to western sydney or melbourne and then you will never be cold again. it was 38 degrees or so here yesterday.
