and me, I'm just a freak. a freak with aching leg and, oddly enough, stomach muscles after deciding to do the hard version of the hike on sunday and not realising till it was too late that I was a) the only female and b) the only person under six feet tall. did I mention that I was recently referred to as a 'strapping tomboy'? not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
