When it's Canadian Thanksgiving, and you're not in Canada, and there's no apples to pick, and no leaves to rake, and no mom to feed you turkey and pumpkin pie...

There's nothing left to do but bake your own!

And roast your own turkey, mash your own potatoes, and if the cranberries need to come from a jar, so be it!

Then you know what? Eat that pumpkin pie again for breakfast. Have some ice cream on the side and some bacon too. It's breakfast, after all. There's no need to rush things - Thanksgiving only comes twice a year - so relax and catch up on some Doctor Who. When you're feeling motivated, grab a Frisbee, head to the beach, and make sure you have ice cream again for lunch.

And that's it. The Exclusive Guide to Celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving in Australia. For more information, I'd suggest trying it yourself.
