The Great Food Pyramid Myth Debunked: Evidence for why Sweets and Vegetables should Switch Places
Saturday evening: After a long afternoon of housecleaning, we celebrate with dinner, cooked by a housemate. Dinner is shepherd's pie. It contains carrots, onion and zucchini, minced so finely that not even Bish's hugely oversensitive palate can detect them.
End result? Bish consumes carrot, onion and zucchini.
Sunday morning: Bish wakes up with a sore throat that gets sorer all day, keeps her up all Sunday night and swells into a general feeling of hit-by-a-truck-ness on Monday.
Coincidence? I think not...
